It is our pleasure to host the NYC Hospitality Group “State of the Union: The Impact on Labor on the Hospitality Industry” reception and panel discussion. The event is scheduled for Monday, November 7, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE), 225 Liberty Street, New York, NY.
Panelists Susan Spikes, VP of HR and recruiting for Hill Country Hospitality, Luke Fryer, owner of Harri and restaurateur, and Stephen Yen, Corporate Executive Chef of Paige Hospitality Group will discuss topics including overtime, internships, sick time consideration, minimum wage, and talent pool difficulties. Leah Rieglel, managing director of Atlantic HR Advisors will moderate the panel.
The evening’s menu will feature Urbani Truffles and wines from Delegat’s Oyster Bay and Baraossa Valley.
